I went to the Farmers Market yesterday thinking I would pick up some eggs and maybe some produce. Instead I ordered a sampler of grass fed beef that will be delivered to me later in the summer. I'm really hoping to buy most (all?) from local, grass-fed cows. It's tricky but we even have a couple of places down here in Flag that do it.

More free-range, grass-fed beef news: we went to Diablo burger in downtown Flag. They get all their meet from the Diablo Ranches--Flying M and some other one.
